Dear All,

Hope this is the right way to post this question.
I am interested in downloading the active elements in some primary cell types but when I go to the download panel on the https://screen.encodeproject.org/ website the correspondent button in the "Detailed elements" section often disappears from the page. Usually all the download buttons in the "Download cCREs by cell type" section are not available, for both human and mouse.
Is it possibile to solve this issue or is there another way to download these tracks?

Thank you for the help.
Best regards,
Sara

Hello Sara:

We aren't able to replicate your issue on our end. Can you either send a video or screenshot of exactly what you are clicking to get the error?

Many thanks,

Hello,

sorry if I was not clear enough. Below you can see how the download page appears sometimes (first screenshot). The buttons for the download of CREs by cell type are not available in the detailed element section of the download page. I tried using different internet connections and refreshing the page but I still had the same problem.
Sometimes the buttons are present and I can download the track with the active elements in specific samples (second screenshot).

I always used Chrome and just tried using different browsers, with Firefox and Edge I cannot replicate the issue now.
Could it be a problem correlated to the Chrome browser?

Best regards,
Sara

I noticed this is an issue with Microsoft Edge as well. Works with Chrome for me.
