print alignment -p 1 not work #130

Hello Cd-hit team,

I am using cd-hit like this:
cd-hit -i 16S_sequences_2.fasta -G 0 -aS 0.2 -o 16S_sequences_2.cdhit -p 1

I want to calculate pairwise local identity and alignment column of several sequences after clustering them. However, the -p 1 option does not work.
