FATAL docker build error

Hello,

I am trying to install cd-hit on my University's computing cluster using this command:

singularity exec docker build --tag cd-hit https://raw.githubusercontent.com/weizhongli/cdhit/master/Docker/Dockerfile
But I receive this error.
FATAL: could not open image /data/atate_lab/steph_birnb/docker: image format not recognized

Is there a recommendation you have to fix this error?

Hey, is this still an active issue? if so Id be happy to take a shot at fixing this
Edit: The docker itself works fine for me (Win 10 PC) - so I guess the issues you have Linux or singularity related
