Link outdated and doesnt open (Developer account)

Describe the bug

Hi there.

I am following the guide, and it tasks me to setup a LG developer account.
The link to the LG page does not work, when I left click it, and also not with right click -> open link. It does open, when I open it in a separate window, though.

This issue is most likely linked to my default browser, Vivaldi.

The other issue is, that the webpage is obviously outdated, and the login link does not work anymore. Why dont we link to the current page: https://webostv.developer.lge.com

Why do we use a webarchive version of the page?

Also, the second stage of the tutorial does not mention, where to open the LG Content Store.
It does also have no link attached, like this one.

Archive was used because every time LG updates their website, the link will be dead.

I'm working on renewing webosbrew.org, after that, I will use the guide there instead.
