How to create camera_para.dat file from a image?

The calibration file as in camera_para.dat can be created with a dedicated calibration app not from an image. We have not yet a browser or node.js app see my answer in this stackoverflow article. I hope that this will help you.

I am loading a transparent png image, But it is not rendering as a transparent. It always having a solid white backgraoud.
How i can make it transparent?
