@dlhandsome touchmove滑动x和y的值，只能水平或者垂直移动，而不是现在的可以任意移动。对比小程序官方的滑动效果应该就清楚了

+1, 支持实现近原生滑动效果。就是scroll x 时，阻止scroll y 的动作
