add a new section for sites that display d3.js files #20

I think http://blockbuilder.org/ and http://bl.ocksplorer.org/ could go in that section. These are definitely D3-related, and are definitely awesome. |

heh, well that was 3 years that went by, seems the maintainer isn't interested in adding these, perhaps either I or @curran should make a PR with the sites |

there must be a (temporary?) problem with I would also add blockbuilder to the list, but not older systems that aren't actively maintained or developed (even if they are still working). |
