Hello!! I come here today with a request that has been done in the past, but has not been integrated yet and for which I might have some good idea's. I have implemented Wazuh as a reporting tool for Vulnerabilities and outdated packages. I want to create reports, in which i get automatic PDF reports containing the information i want to feed the application. I am not interested in the thousands of packages on my system, but i am interested in things like critical vulnerabilities (And to have the CVE included into the report). Wouldn't it be an amazing idea to integrate PDF customization into the Wazuh dashboard, since it is already an existing feature. This could really benefit a lot of people, and it would be lovely to see in a future version.

Tasks

The steps that have to be completed in order to close the issue.

Task 1:
Make functions to import custom json data into pdf reports

Task 2:
Make PDF template customization possible

Task 3:
Make UI options to generate these reports.

Hello @mayormaynotbeano

Thanks for getting in touch with us and propose us that idea. We are aware that the customization capabilities of PDF reports (and Wazuh in general) are quite limited. Currently, there are some limitations that do not allow these customizations. We are working to redesign the current reporting model.
