Update gem

I'm very interested in improving the appearance of .org files on Github and found this repo with an extensive set of test cases. From it, I gather that Github uses an outdated version of this code - but it also seems that the gems themselves date from 2014. Is there any chance of producing an up-to-date gem, which we can then ask the github/markup people to use?

It would be great to update but needs some time investment..., I will put this on my schedule for end of Feb to see if I can make a release.

This is not to give you any pressure, but just to tell you how much I appreciate this renderer which enables me to use org files on Github :) I'll be very happy when there's a new gem.

Hello again :) A reminder that we are only asking for you to make a release :) You don't have to change the code or do anything else. Even the 2021 version has significant updates over 2014 (the current release). Please help!
