Support AISS icons at 16x16 #4

Current AISS icons in menu are by default 24x24 in size, a bit bigger..
It would be nice if the program could automatically support the rescale in order to use instead 16x16 icons via a global setenv variable

For example:

SETENV SAVE MenuImageSize "16"

This will be part of the preferences, where the user will be able to choose to show them, or turn them off, or the size.
