  • Archive old inflation model and ideal staking rate info
  • Remove mentions of ideal staking rate

From the technical side, the maxStakerReward is already added. That is the % that goes to stakers from the inflation and indirectly means what goes to treasury. See paritytech/polkadot-sdk#1660

The adjustable inflation is not implemented yet and should come with the next update.

None of the "current" parameter changes are in yet (Root Ref needed)
