undefined \lwincludegraphics control sequence

Doc pu now uses a custom \lwincludegraphics macro to scale pictures to the page size, however this custom macro is only defined in the german templates and should be defined for all templates.

A better choice would be to put custom macros such as this one in a .sty file, which gets copied in the compilation directory and must be included in the template, pretty much as sphinx does with its custom macros.
