The program was developed based on the https://www.researchgate.net/publication/272829609_CUMBIA-Set_of_codes_for_the_analysis_of_reinforced_concrete_members. Its purpose is to perform pushover analysis of circular reinforced concrete members based on the plastic hinge method. It was designed to be used in teaching activities. CUMBIA_GUI.py can be used to run the software via GUI where is CUMBIA.py is used without GUI.
