This guide intends to explain the why, what and how of our Discovery & Framing (D&F) process. These in-use D&F methods were collected from practitioners across all offices, and the most common and valuable ones are included below.
Summary of audiences
This guide is aimed towards teams who are:
Planning a D&F (start at Setup and Planning section)
In the midst of a D&F and looking to get unblocked or inspired
Preparing for a scoping or writing a proposal where a D&F is likely to be recommended
If contributing via Google Docs: I have added a link to my document to this issue, and set the document's Share settings to "Anyone on the internet with this link can comment".

If contributing via Google Docs: Send the staging link to the author to review. The reviewer should review this too. Get the final 👍 from the author to push the content public.
