UI improvement: add states on dashboard #37

On the vocabularies overview page, add the following columns:

downloads: shows the number of successful/failed sources and last failure date
analysis status: when did analysis last run + status
mapping: when was the mapping last defined
unification: when did the unifications last run + status
on hovering status: show date in tooltip, prefer using relative time using a library like moment.js (x hours, days, weeks ago)
