		from google.appengine.datastore import datastore_query

		queries = []
		q = datastore.Query(kind="testkind")
		q["testprop ="] = "teststr"
		queries.append(q)

		qry = datastore.MultiQuery(queries, [])
		qry.Order(("sortindex", datastore_query.PropertyOrder.ASCENDING)) #  << Fails here
		return qry.Run()
