Tutorial (detailed) how to write new widgets? #200

It would be very very helpful if there would be a detailed tutorial on how to write new widgets for w2ui.

I know that there are the sources, but they are big enough for most users not to really understand them.

To be able to use w2ui in it's actual form in business apps, users would need to implement several of the following widgets:

General Widgets:

Custom Widgets ( company or app specific, to ensure re-usability and uniformity):

Since this is too much for a single developer, I think that a very good tutorial would allow many 3rd party contributions.
