Embed particles on a pseudocolor plot #18847

  • I want to embed particles on top of the Jy plot. There are four kinds of particles (as obvious from the screenshot): electrons, positrons, electrons_b and positrons_b. Now, for instance, I want to embed 'electrons_b' on top of that Jy plot. How to do that?

For 2D plotting, VisIt tries to be smart about placing plots with areal entities (polygons) behind plots with point or curve entities. So, the basic idea is just add the point plots and VisIt should plot them on top of the 2D areal plot you show here.
