Allow established or new organisations to choose one of the following during setup:

bridge an existing companies governance structure to onchain systems, for example matching equity to tokens.
create a new organisation and establish a new legal structure in the jurisdiction of your choice (this would be something we’d recruit partners for, so it would be plug and play depending on demand)
