建议新版本支持任务和调度器分开部署 #753

新版本建议任务可以和执行器(Executor)分开部署，而不是必须要部署在执行器的目录下，支持将任务开发后自动注册至注册中心，执行器任务发现，实现任务远程调度，因为很多项目中使用的都是云服务，任务是云中的一个子服务
