This issue is for the 2.0 release, which adds the ability to download to any path on SD.

New things done:
fortheusers/hb-appstore@10f12e4 - extra handling for when a manifest isn't present
fortheusers/hb-appstore@4756c2e - fix to generating some .install files in the zip

Things still yet to be done:

Getting these manifests files to be on the server
Testing with that server to make sure update + everything works as expected
Any new categories that are to be included (@pwsincd - art?)
New splash screen and new music???
