Extra aliases when using flag --empty

Hello everyone. I have encountered strange behavior of the adapter when using the flag --empty

Running with dbt=1.8.5
Registered adapter: vertica=1.8.5

When using the --empty flag, dbt adds an extra alias, which causes the code to crash with a syntax error.

Example of compilation without the flag

with hotel_parameter_tracker as (
    select
        pt.extranet_hotel_id as hotel_id,
        pt.value_changed_at,
        pt.parameter_value as status_on_created_datetime
   from "verticaprod"."analytics"."extranet_hotel_parameter_tracker" as pt
    where pt.parameter_name = 'status'
)

Example of compilation with the flag --empty

with hotel_parameter_tracker as (
     select
         pt.extranet_hotel_id as hotel_id,
         pt.value_changed_at,
         pt.parameter_value as status_on_created_datetime
      from (select * from "verticaprod"."analytics"."extranet_hotel_parameter_tracker" where false limit 0) _dbt_limit_subq_extranet_hotel_parameter_tracker as pt
  where pt.parameter_name = 'status'
  )

I searched the internet and didn't see anyone else having this problem.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or is this really a problem?

Probably this is a problem with the dbt core Fixed in dbt_core, added require_alias in class BaseRelation

I found a fix for this problem for another adapter.
