Problem:
Bobs books cart disappears on reloading the page

Steps to Reproduce :

Install OKE 1.22.5
Install VZ 1.3.5 or VZ 1.4.X
Install Bobs books & open Bobs Console UI (https://verrazzano.io/latest/docs/samples/bobs-books/ )
Add some books into cart, Refresh/ Reload the Page
Go back to cart and verify the same number of books being added?
This problem appears with or without VZ 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4. Therefore, this is likely a Bob's Books bug, not a product bug.
