Multi-select in session tree

Currently the session tree only allows a single session/folder to be selected. For easier session
management (multiple session dragging into a folder, or opening multiple sessions, ...) a multi-select session tree would be a great improvement.

All the functionality that currently works for a single session, should also work for multiple session where appropriate.

The session manager form would not be required then for those tasks.
