Hi Vadim and Team,
I used a fasta file generated in silico translation, then i first used the fasta to generate a spectral library, the log of this process is shown in the first picture.
Then i used the spectral library to analyze my DIA data, i used only one sample to check if this spectral library is reasonable. The log of searching process is shown in the second picture.
The problem arises in the outpt file, the output file is empty but only colnames, just like the following two pictures show. Can you tell me which step is incorrect and what could cause such a result? thank u!
