In version 1.8.0, when I was running data using source code and reading the spectrogram library file in. speclib format, I encountered an error where the information for peptides and fragments was empty, while the information for proteins and genes was normal. |

I you are working with the old DIA-NN 1.7.12 source code, then I cannot really help troubleshooting it. Most likely here though it's a later .speclib format version not supported by 1.7.12. |

I am using version 1.8.0, and there is a note in the code indicating version 1.7.12. |

May I ask if it is possible to convert the. spclib format to other readable formats, such as. csv,. txt, and. tsv. |

Yes, you can convert any library format DIA-NN can load into .tsv, just select the Generate Spectral Library checkbox. |
