Before reporting your issue

  • I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
  • I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
  • I have tried my best to check existing issues

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions

67.1

Repro Windows Versions

Windows 11 with all latest updates

3rd party tweak software installed

Explorer patcher only

Describe the bug

The power icon only shows up in the "hidden" icon section (I have to click the up arrow to see it in the little box). I want the power button to be always visible, so I know when I need to plug in the laptop. - it should be next to the Volume and Network icons.

I tried setting it in the Notification Area Icons, but it will not save; it keeps remaining on "only show notifications" instead of "show icons and notifications"

Expected outcome

Power icon should be always visible if I want to set it to have it always visible.

Actual outcome

I am unable to have it always visible.

You can drag and drop the icon in the system tray to the popup menu that you don't want shown. And you can drag and drop the battery icon from the popup menu to the system tray.
