I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
I have tried my best to check existing issues
Repro ExplorerPatcher versions
ExplorerPatcher - Version 22621.4317.67.1
Repro Windows Versions
Microsoft Windows 11 - Version 10.0.26100.2605
3rd party tweak software installed
None. Just Windows 11 in a VM installed from scratch.
Describe the bug
Click on the [Start] button then go to All apps section.
Right click on application then select from the context menu Pin to Start
Go to Pinned tiles section.
The application you pinned to start is not visible.
Now let's unpin any application from pinned tiles, e.g. Microsoft Office 365. Right click then select from the context menu Unpin from Start. After this action the icon is still visible.
Expected outcome
The application you pinned to start is not appearing in the tiles list.
The application you unpinned from start is still appearing in the tiles list.
