It didn't happen before I installed ep, but I'll try over the weekend
Hi! This is a known Windows 11 bug that many users encounter and, as far as I know, it isn't related to ExplorerPatcher.
There are numerous complaints about this issue online. The only solution I’m aware of is detailed here: ElevenForum.com: Explorer switches all windows to desktop when removing/inserting USB drivesH
