How can i set it to be on lesser priority so a word or outlook can maximized i to the full screen ?

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.
Please post explorer patcher version.

what taskbar are you using? If windows 11 taskbar or EP implemented windows 10 taskbar, right click on the taskbar and select taskbar settings. From there, you can set the taskbar to automatically hide when the mouse cursor isn't on it.

Setting the bar to automatically hide will mess up the window everytime it pops up. I need to have the taskbar lile it is but windows can go over it not behind it.

However 7+ taskbar tweaker did

In order to work it needed windows 10 taskbar code

Microsoft removed that code in 24h2 october.

So only hope is if you implement it in patch explorer options.
