Its missing the windows 8 start screen. I dont want to use the 10's start screen cause its soooooo bad

It was only possible in windows 10 from a version released in 2015. That code has long since been removed in windows 11. EP can only enable features where the code still exists, which according to that comment, that code does not exist.
