Windows 11 File Explorer Tabs Bug And Slow Startup

After Tabs added to Windows 11 I experienced this bug a lot
And Windows 11 File Explorer startup time is too high(~1-3s), Currently the only way to Fix it is to switch it to Win10 File Explorer using Registry hacks or ExplorerPatcher

Do you know any patch to fix this problems but keep current File Explorer and it's tabs?

Does it happen if EP is uninstalled?

It happens with and without EP, If it was a EP bug I would post it in Issues instead of discussions

The bug actually happens 50% of times when i open file explorer on VMware and low-end devices like my old Laptop, but it only happened a few times on my main PC, but startup time is always bad
the only way to fix it is to use EP or Registry hacks to bring back the Old Windows 10 File Explorer

I'm looking for a way to have the Tabs feature of Windows 11 File Explorer, but with a better startup time and no bug, or maybe EP developers may find a way to fix this File Explorer problem as Microsoft does not give a F***

Ok, then please wait for a developer to respond. But since this is a bug in windows, I think this is a bug for MS to fix.
