Can't detect gpu in my envrionment #138

I'm researching Video Anomaly Detection now. So I try to implement you code for feature extraction.
First of all, thank you for your contribution.

When I run your code, for example I3D extractor, it can't detect the gpu. Only cpu is available.

Gpu of my computer is RTX TITAN and cuda version is 11.4. But I check your environment setup, your code needs cuda 12.1.

Can I change environment setup?
