On Wordpress Helpdesk panel should be added Custom field also like saas uvdesk helpdesk

How to Reproduce:

If we have added custom field on saas uvdesk helpdesk so on worpdress helpdesk also shown a custom fields in create ticket form on admin and customer panel:

On wordpress customer panel:
