When Ticket create from customer end, so in created ticket name should be shown customer instead of admin name
How to Reproduce:
Step 1: Create a ticket from customer cs-cart helpdesk panel:
Step 2: Now Check on these places here showing name of admin instead of customer name when create ticket from customer panel:
On admin Saas uvdesk:
On admin CS-cart uvdesk:
On cust Saas uvdesk:
On cust CS-cart uvdesk:
Note: When create ticket form mail end so here name showing correct in ticket
Possible Solution:
If we create ticket from customer end so in created ticket should be shown name of customer instead of admin name like uvdesk panel. Also, check the mail ticket:
