On CS-cart admin panel: When agent assigned so here showing a warning message

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with CS-Cart admin panel

Step 2: Now agent assigned from ticket list and also ticket view page so here showing a warning instead of assigned agent:

From Ticket list page:

From Ticket view page:

Here agent name showing in ticket but after page refreshed this agent name removed automatically:

Possible Solution:

If we are assigned agent from admin side so here agent assigned in ticket with notification pop up
