In CS-Cart Helpdesk app not showing the proper label of ticket numbers UI

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Go to the Cs-cart helpdesk app of the admin panel:

Step 2: Now check label option here not showing ticket numbers UI:

Possible Solution:

Here should be shown a proper label UI
