MAJOR UPDATE

Matrix inversion routines with pseudo-inverse have been implemented (model.py); apply --flow_permutation 4 option to use.
Default value for hyperparameter --flow_permutation is set to '4'.

MINOR UPDATE

The structure of the SVD routine has been simplified (model.py).
