Describe the bug
When a user that does not have the permission to edit the codeset open the code set the view needs to be in view only mode
Disabled edit button
Do not show version in progress

Applicable for

  • Code Sets Shared with me
  • Code Sets that are public
  • Code Sets that an admin has opened that do not belong to the admin
