Feature for future consideration:
It would be helpful to have a button for users to +1 a ticket to essentially indicate, "I'm affected by this too!" This can serve as a simple indicator for staff of how many users are having their work impacted by a particular problem on a tool, one additional input in the function of determining priority of dealing with issues. I don't have strong feelings about what the button says. It could be "+1," or "me too," or an emoji... as long as it gets the point across.
Implementation: Button associated with each task that can be toggled on/off by each user. Displays a counter on both the tool page and maintenance summary page to indicate how many users have toggled the button on.

I like it. I also think there might be other places where this could be used in the future.
So implementation-wise it might be worth thinking of a general way to +1 "things" in NEMO (could be knowledge base articles, safety concerns, etc.)
