Instructions on how to bridging an existing UWP to iOS, Anroid #9

It would be very helpful if some simple instructions are offered for porting an existing UWP to iOS and Android.
I am actually still trying to figure what "bridge" means exactly in sentence "Uno is a free UWP Bridge for iOS, Android and WebAssembly."

We're currently updating the source for publication, we'll add this kind of explanations to make it clearer.

In the meantime, the goal behind a bridge is to be able to reuse a UWP-compatible source code as-is, and make it run on iOS, Android and WebAssembly.
