Project indicator pulls data from an activity level

When I generate the uploader for PROJECT indicators, it pulls data from an activity level somehow - it's odd. I filter for project indicators and it still gives strange output

I've added a project and project indicator in the Syria UAT workspace as an IMO. I generate an uploader template and it creates a table that only includes 'water trucking' - which is an activity in a different project (of the same partner)
