Improve UX of hardware wallet help text

Expected Behavior

The import or sign button should be placed below the hardware wallet informational text because it's confusing. It looks like you there is something to do when there really isn't.

Current Behavior

The informational text is shown below the button and it appears like you need to do something.

Possible Solution

Either move the informational text above the button and/or have it hidden by default.
