Allow users to highlight favorites

Elements has a favorite specification for grants and citations. One thing we could do is to update the edit capabilities to allow uses to manipulate these favorites via the interface. Then they could select a view showing only their favorites. This could do two things. It would allow users to craft their home page a bit, and also it's a first step towards having the ability to create CVs for specific goals
