Figure out a way how to do flatpak install for running systems. Currently if we add a flatpak it won't install for current running systems and installs only through an ISO install.
Maybe some kind of script, like some of those we already have that we can just up the version and it would run on the next boot/deployment.
Or just somekind of systemd script.
This would be great in situation that we want to replace a rpm package from the image with a flatpak one (for example Input Leap and the upcoming virt-manager flatpaks)
