It's related to the unavailable label on the backend. When assigned it would add that label. I suppose the UI would then filter out those with the unavailable label.

  1. The DAO is in a state of business-priority tasks only which means 9/10 times any task less than Priority: 3 cannot be started unless a reviewer decides to let it through. Perhaps the UI should read the config of the plugin from ubiquity-os-config.yml and filter out issues which cannot be started.
