Change the faculty icon to HTML instead of PNG

I want to change the Faculty icon from an image to HTML.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

What I want is for the faculty icon to be a fixed div. When you choose a faculty, this will change the css background-color and the text inside. This is currently an image at this point.

I think we can close this issue now since @tonywu94 's last commit #126
