为什么外面评论区不会正常显示QQ头像呢，点击Twikoo设置在里面明明能看到头像

Twikoo设置中能看到QQ邮箱对应QQ头像

Twikoo 获取 QQ 头像的原理是——

在评论发送前，直接请求 https://thirdqq.qlogo.cn/g?b=sdk&nk=123456789&s=140 获取头像，其中 123456789 来自评论时留下的 QQ 数字邮箱地址

在评论发送时，为了避免评论者的 QQ 号码通过头像地址被公开，Twikoo 会请求一个接口（https://aq.qq.com/cn2/get_img/get_face?img_type=3&uin=123456789），获取一个不包含 QQ 号码的头像地址

在评论发出后，展示不包含 QQ 号码的头像地址

由于 https://aq.qq.com/cn2/get_img/get_face 已经停止服务，匿名头像无法获取，会显示默认头像。

暂时的解决方法是到管理面板-配置管理-通用，将 GRAVATAR_CDN 改为默认的 weavatar.com
