New rule for trash bin (optional)

I want to keep just the last 30 emails (chronologically).

This rule can be paired with "delete email older than 30 days" to work in tandem.

The result is double scissor, that cut excess than 30 emails and/or than 30 days.

Then the trash bin no more get one thousands emails to waste my time.

The new rule can work also as standalone rule.
