[Design and UX] @ # Language position at compose screen

I searched if someone wrote about it.
In the compose screen to write a new post/toot in Tusky, we have several options located at left of Post button.
But the "@" "#" and language selector are at the very top, making dificult for reach in large screens.

Maybe it could be convenient to think or try another place, since there is plenty of space at bottom, easing the reachability
